-Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. Credit cards are not accepted. Balance must be paid in cash or travelers checks, or certified checks.
-Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit.
-Late/last minute bookings are the only exception. Please call if you would like to book a last minute vacation.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit can be refunded with 90 days notice of your arrival date with a 25% administration fee deducted. OR, your deposit can be forwarded to a date later within the current season, with no fees included.
-If fewer people arrive than originally reserved for (unless we are notified 30 days prior to arrival) the no shows from your group will loose their deposit paid.
-Early departures: You will be charged for the dates that you reserved.
-You might just want to stay a few days longer, it happens alot! Please let us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Let us know as soon as you can.
-Please advise us as soon as possible if your group number is going to be larger/smaller than it originally was booked for.
-LEASHED & FRIENDLY pets are welcome with prior approval. Pets cannot be left unattended and must be cleaned up after, please let us know if you are planning to bring a pet to discuss it & your costs as we only have a few pet friendly cabins.
-Our advice is to leave your pet at home under the care of a good friend/family member, or with a trusted local kennel. This is YOUR vacation! More often than not, taking a pet along with you turns your vacation into a big hassle.
-Pellet guns, BB guns and slingshots are not allowed.
-Children MUST be supervised at all times and cannot be left unattended.
-Guests are financially responsible for physical damage to boats, motors, cabins and all rental equipment.
-Check in: After 2:00 pm Check out: 10:00 am
*Early Arrival or Late Departure will include a fee of $50/person as this is time we need to properly prepare cabins & boats.
